The Site is intended for veterinary professionals, practice administrators, and pet owners in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you represent that you meet these criteria.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, software, designs, and materials on the Site are owned by VetEngage or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.

6. User Content and Submissions

Any information, forms, inquiries, or materials you submit grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and improve our services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: scrape or data-mine the Site; use it for competitive purposes; transmit viruses or unlawful content; impersonate others; or interfere with the Site's operation.

8. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue after termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the new effective date at the top.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any right to jury trial.

17. Miscellaneous & Contact

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VetEngage regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
